once in a lifetime...

yesterday was one of those days i will want to tell my grandkids about someday. i had the opportunity to ask Elder Bednar (an Apostle of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) a question. gosh. what a blessing! i am really glad i didn't chicken out...i got pretty nervous. by the time i started making my notes my handwriting was a little shaky... :)

so this was my question: "if there was one thing that you wish you knew before your mission, what would that be?"

Elder Bednar and Elder Melchin (First Quorum of the Seventy) both answered. it was so neat to hear about their experiences when they were my age. if you want to know more about it, let me know, and i will tell you what i learned. :)

well anyway, i wish everyone a very productive/fun saturday and a very relaxing/uplifting sunday.
